Please note that certain categories, such as clearance gowns and special orders, are considered final sale to maintain our competitive pricing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 7 days of delivery.

  Prepare Your Shipment

  Carefully pack your unworn, unwashed item with all original designer tags and packaging intact to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use your preferred insured carrier to send the package back to our Dallas fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our formalwear experts verify the condition of the garment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
